Donation Requests
Game-Set-Match, Inc. is pleased to give back to the local tennis and pickleball communities that support our stores. If you are seeking a donation for your upcoming tennis/pickleball event or fundraiser, please complete our Donation Request Form.
Please Note: Donation requests reviewed quarterly due to the high volume of requests we receive. All requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the event date and must be submitted in writing using this form. If your donation request meets our basic criteria, a member of our team will follow up with you directly. We hope we can help make your upcoming event a success!

Notes: Due to the number of donation requests we receive each year, we must reserve our funding for racquet sports events only. All requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date in order to be considered. Requests will be reviewed the first week of each month, at which point a member of our team will reach out to you to follow up.
